　　請(qǐng)求信 Letter of Request

　　請(qǐng)求信是對(duì)收信人提出請(qǐng)求，并希望對(duì)方滿足該要求。寫(xiě)請(qǐng)求信的重點(diǎn)是要寫(xiě)清楚為什么要請(qǐng)求他人做某事，請(qǐng)求他人做某事的原因。

　　寫(xiě)請(qǐng)求信時(shí)首先要說(shuō)明寫(xiě)作意圖，一定要注意語(yǔ)氣要禮貌，用詞要規(guī)范;然后具體展開(kāi)說(shuō)明請(qǐng)求的原因;最后表示希望對(duì)方予以答復(fù)。

　　寫(xiě)作“三步走”：

　　介紹自己、提出請(qǐng)求—>說(shuō)明原因及其它事項(xiàng)—>表達(dá)謝意、期盼答復(fù)
