　　邀請信分為正式邀請信和非正式邀請信。非正式邀請用詞比較隨便;正式邀請信則是向收信人發(fā)出正式邀請，用語和格式均比較規(guī)范、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)。

　　邀請信通常包括以下幾個方面的內(nèi)容：發(fā)出邀請;說明邀請對方做什么事;說明活動時間和地點;表達(dá)期待或感謝之情。

　　寫作“三步走”：

　　說明邀請目的—>說明活動安排—>期待盡早回復(fù)

　　Tips:

　　信中要說明關(guān)于活動的詳細(xì)信息，包括活動時間、地點、內(nèi)容，有時需要說明參加活動的人員。語氣要熱情真摯，但不要強(qiáng)人所難。
